Directive (EU) 2026/470, Article 4(3)
Two definitions that decide a case
What is the requirement, in plain English?
Stakeholders now means the workforce and the staff of its units and partners and their representatives, plus the people and communities whose rights or interests may be directly affected. The definition of risk factors is rewritten around severity and likelihood, including facts specific to the business partner, the geography and context, and the sector, operations, products and services.
What evidence does a regulator or an auditor ask for?
The stakeholder map and the risk register showing the severity and likelihood assessment behind each priority.
Which dates matter?

What does it cross-reference?
- (EU) 2024/1760 Articles 8, 9, 13
How do I check a draft against this provision?
Paste your draft into the reading. The reading returns, per provision, whether a phrase specific to this requirement appears in your own words, quoted, with the article cited here. Where a line reaches nothing it reads no mapping identified.
Not legal advice; does not certify. Every field on this page carries its own source pointer, and the record is replayed by the pages, the check and the export from one reviewed record.
