Board members across the administrative, management and supervisory functions carry collective responsibility for making sure the annual and consolidated statements, the management reports, the sustainability statement and the other listed documents are prepared and published under the Directive, the applicable accounting standards, the electronic reporting format, the sustainability reporting standards and the digital tagging requirement.

The board minute and the responsibility statement, plus the sign-off chain for the statement and its mark-up.

Which dates matter?

• Transposition of Articles 1, 2 and 3: 19 March 2027

The transposition deadline for Articles 1 to 3 of the amending directive is 19 March 2027 (Article 5). For Article 4 it is 26 July 2028, applied from 26 July 2029.
